About Siddhant
I enjoy teaching basic concepts in a new way that makes it easier for the student to understand and eventually apply the concept. My goal is to help students understand topics in a very simple, easy, and fun way. I always want to get to know the student first as each student is different and unique in their own ways. I will create a simple learning plan with the student and then proceed to make sure they have an expertise over what he or she is trying to learn.
I ran a free prep class for the AP Calculus AB and the AP Calculus BC test in my public library in New Jersey. I ran the class for two years and enjoyed teaching my students the essentials needed for these two tests. As the head teacher I had a lot of responsibilities such as making mock tests, making sure every student understood all the content, Organizing each class day every week, and getting assistant teachers to help me out for free. I know that I am a good teacher because every student I ever taught either received a 4 or a 5 on either test.
I am a Sophomore at UT Austin majoring in Mathematics. I ran a free Calculus Prep Course for two years and tutored over 20 students who all received 4's and 5's on the AP tests. I got a 35 on the ACT, 790 on the Math II Subject Test, 770 on the Chemistry Subject Test. I currently have a 3.88 GPA over my freshman year at UT Austin.

I enjoy tutoring because I love helping people learn and grow. When I spent 2 years running my calculus class I got a lot of joy out of watching my students start off with little to no knowledge on anything regarding calculus to earning 4's and 5's on the AP exams. I also enjoy tutoring because it allows me to learn and grow through my students. It allows me to become a better tutor by learning something about the subject that I never knew before or by learning different teaching techniques through my different students.
