About Michael
I am a Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK High School senior. I will be attending Rice University in the Fall. Allow me to tell you about myself and why you should choose me as a tutor.
I grew up with numbers. I attended Russian School of Mathematics every weekend during middle school and worked on math research throughout high school. I partook in AwesomeMath during summer 2020, as well as several competitions where I won awards. I can teach arithmetic, algebra (Algebra I, Algebra II), geometry, precalculus, trigonometry, and calculus (AP Calculus A/B, AP Calculus B/C, College Calculus). Entrust me to be your math tutor and I will not disappoint: Not only will I teach you all the fundamentals, but I will help you to love math.

During the first lesson, I spend time getting to know the student. I learn about their math and studying habits. We spend time working on fundamentals before progressing through a curriculum. Additionally, I offer weekly practice worksheets and homework. I create all materials myself based on the student's level and understanding.
