About RODERIC
Vast years of experience in the educational field (10+ years), k-7 mostly, but also High school and Undergraduate college level courses; across socio-economic cultures; gifted & talented students to students who are "behind" and special education students; Which avails me to be able to relate and understand kid's learning styles, temperments, and abilities. My core philosophy is to train students to not only know the material, but also be able to understand it, which enables them to become confident and self sufficient in their studies over time.

Got started teaching over 30 years ago as a college student as a teacher's assistant.
i have an MBA in Management, an Bacehelor degree in Education, and over 15 years of experience in the classroom and higher learning institutions as an instructor.

Mr. Sanders worked with my daughter’s personality. She looked forward to her sessions with him whereas she wouldn’t have necessarily enjoyed doing the same work on her own or with me. The only reason we stopped is because her assignment schedule frequently changes, and she has so many online assignments.
