About Madhur
My main service highlight is my unique, effective teaching style. My main focus is to educate, demonstrate, guide, and enable students to develop a thorough understanding of the material. Using this technique, students show much higher retention and remember the core concepts on a long-term scale. With my experiences, in teaching and competing in Math honor societies I have developed great relationships and learning environments with my students. I have also taken numerous college-level Math courses and also college-level composition courses throughout my education career. I definitely look forward to helping and working with students on reaching their academic goals.
Some advanced completed Courses: AP Statistics, Calculus, Algebra, Geometry, College Composition and Literature, AP Language and Composition
The work I do is very enjoyable because I get the chance to build and learn from every student I am working with. Every student is different so understanding unique strengths and possible areas of growth is like solving a riddle. With numerous strategies and studying techniques, I can effectively provide my students the confidence which allows them to go above and beyond in their classroom. Additionally, that feeling of success when a student accomplishes their goals is a great feeling as a tutor as well. Helping others grow and show their true colors is one of my greatest feelings.
I am a computer science alumni from Rutgers University New-Brunswick. I currently work as an Software Engineer in financial services.

My typical process of working with new students is tailoring my services to in-school courses. It is essential that my services are actually helping the students perform better in their classes, instead of just learning the material and eventually forgetting it. I look to create an organized plan and set of homework where I will go over topics the student may need help or additional practice in.
I have worked with students of all ages. Ranging from Elementary School basic English to Highschool Calculus. The experience working with different age groups definitely helped me understand the points at which students can really succeed.

I’m a seventh grader and Madhur’s classes helped me improve my grades in math. He explains briefly so I could understand what the problem is asking. I really needed help with word problems originally and he taught me three steps to understand any word problem. He really helped me greatly and his sessions positively impacted my math grades.
Madhur is a great tutor! He helps me with English , especially. At first, I was having trouble with comprehension and he taught me how to understand the passage better. He expanded my vocabulary and taught me the steps of how to write a good essay. Madhur made tests once and awhile so I would remember the information and gave additional homework for practice. It was really helpful! 100/10 recommend!!
Madhur's classes actually really helped me improve my math and English skills. In fact, I even leveled up to advanced English! He also helped me strengthen my knowledge of algebra fundamentals. He also taught me multiple tactics to solve complicated math problems. 10/10 recommend this tutor!
