About Weiqing
Patience is my biggest asset because I know should raise the students, not the homework or test scores. I will prefer to use step-by-step explanations so that students can understand what they are studying. All my students get a boost in their scores because they know what they are learning and why they are doing it.
Trust me. Math is quite easy if you can understand the fundamentals. (Reviews from my previous students will prove it)
I enjoy tutoring because I don't rely on the paycheck. As a data analytic in a federal agency, I am constantly trying to make our community a better place.
I will adjust my tutoring strategy based on students' long-term goals. For example, I had a student who wants to go to a tech school, so I was focusing on his fundamental concepts and helping him catch up on what he missed from previous years. Another student is a psychology student who needs a Math coursefor a graduation requirement, so I was focusing on tricks that can help her get a good score with minimum effort.
I found I simply love explaining to others about my knowledge, experience, and logic. So, I started tutoring in high school and enjoyed it.
I graduated from Georgia Tech with Highest Honors in 2020, double majored in Aerospace Engineering and Economics.

Perfect! Excellent tutor who cares about his students. I was struggling with the fundamentals and he explained those concepts well. I left the course with a much better understanding and one letter grade higher. Highly Recommended!
Perfect! This was the best decision I could have made. Weiqing is very smart, patient, and does everything he can to get you to a point where you understand. If I need tutoring in another class I will definitely choose him.

Our son was in math crisis and failing with short time to turn the ship around. Weiqing really was amazing at helping him get through a lot of math in short amount of time. Devon felt he explained things to him in a way that his teachers and tutor center could not do. Devon wants to continue to see him and gained a lot. We are grateful that he helped our son gain confidence and will continue to do so.
