About Nicolas
Welcome to M.A.T.S., where we blend the art of Tae Kwon Do with the invigorating practices of self-defense, kickboxing cardio, and yoga-pilates for a comprehensive fitness experience. Located in Denver, CO, our classes are designed to enhance your knife skills and overall martial arts proficiency, while also promoting physical fitness and mental well-being. Whether you're a beginner or seeking to refine your techniques, our expert instructors are dedicated to helping you achieve your personal goals in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Been teaching the last 10 + years received 3rd Degree Black Belt both in World Tae Kwon Do Federation and 2nd Degree in American Tae Kwon Do Federation
Hold a 3rd Degree in World Tae Kwon Do Federation and 2nd Degree in American Tae Kwon Do Association. Training course skills in Tae Kwon Do through both organizations. Skills in Kenpo, Aikido, Hapkido, Boxing, Kick-Boxing and Self-Defense, and weapons.

Teach simple basics and simple workouts and see previous skills or see how well they can listen to directions while being taught
Have taught a few kids mostly in martial art schools while training for 3rd Degree Rank pursuit status
Someone who is certified with the organization has knowledge in teaching and self defense other than in sparring
I enjoy observing Boxing and MMA to adapt on other skills while pursuing other course instruction in self defense and fitness
