About Sean
I offer Fitness training from the perspective of Martial Arts for all ages
A mixture of traditional and modern methods of training
As soft as Qi Gong to as hard as MMA training
Wether you're reaching fitness goals to learning and developing skills or cultivating a mindfulness practice or training for a fight
I am glad to help you
I earned a black belt in Tak-Wah Kung Fu
I am a registered Yoga instructor and medical Qi gong instructor
I am currently a white belt in Judo-Jujitsu and Brazilian jujitsu
I have experience training people on focus pads in boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai.
I am currently learning and practicing Tai chi, Bagua and other forms of Qigong as well as practice and instruct Yoga.
I am a former Yoga Studio owner and head instructor
I love to learn and teach!
