About Ezra
Hello my name is Ezra Muhammad former professional boxer and current fitness coach and boxing trainer, besides fighting professionally ive been coaching for 8 years including Widner Universities Streetwise SelfDefense class along side Master Carl Martin 8th degree black belt and hall of famer, DCCC martial arts club, La fitness (Springfield, Havertown, Bala Cynwd, Andorra) Aerobic Boxing and Kickboxing instructor, Knockout Fitness striking Coach, as well as numerous professional fighters and athletes for Ring Wars 2010-14 and the 2016 Rio Olympics. Boxing saved my life as a youth and ive devouted myself to sharing the beauty of the sweet science to all who wish to learn. My focus is to promote health and wellness while helping clients to reach there fitness goals but at the same time truly learn the mechanics of boxing and how they can use it in real life events. When we train we form a bond all my clients and I are a team and treat each other like family in or outside the gym I truly look to form a deep relationship with all clientele. My services stand out because you not only gain a coach you truly gain a supporter and friend.
Boxing and self defense is my passion and I love what this craft does to people. Ive training amatuers, professional fighters, abuse and rape victoms, children and even the elderly and no matter the walk of life or personal experience one thing always remains the same. They become stronger inside and out and become the strongest versions of themselves and that feeling is like nothing I can describe to see someone who was hurt or doubted themselves become this new person is the greatest joy Ive felt.
I was aggressive and angry youth after the violent murder of my father at age 5...which lead to me lashing out at times and even involve myself in dangerous situations against gangs and other life threatening situations but boxing taught me discipline and truly changed me as a young man without boxing idl where I would be in life. I want to share this skill that changed my life with others so I started teaching in 2009 under Tom Pryfers Knockout Fitness and expanded from there.

Always a one on one with the clienete about there fitness goals so that I can best create a program that fits them specifically. We are all different and all are differnet types of learners and have different fitness levels so along with there medical history a physical assessment and one on one sit down is key. After we then move into the process of training and building a schedule that best fits from there we get started and the sweet science is put into affect.
Beginners (no experience)
Intermediates (street fighting experience)
Amateurs (Boxing students who compete in the amateur circuit)
Pros (Licensed professional Boxers)
