About Vincent
I thoroughly enjoy teaching people martial arts. To see someone start grasping an advanced concept means the world to me. I have been around wrestling and boxing for roughly 10 years and practicing brazilian jiu jitsu(blue belt) for around 3 years now. My coaching style is advanced application of the basics. In other words, you still learn the basics and then learn ten ways to apply the basics.
Helping others learn a new skill is the highlight of my day.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
why are you wanting to learn? Way too often I've had students who want to go out and best people up and dislike the fact that learning a combat sport isn't immediate progress.
