About Chesley
At ROK Golf we bring the industry leading technology of the Trackman to everyday golfers.
Through a combination of utilization of the Trackman technology and highly-personalized service, ROK Golf creates unique golf experiences tailored to every level of golfer.
Chesley Carr has over 20 years of professional golf experience instructing, playing and running golf operations as Head Professional at the world-class golf Barton Creek Resort.
Earning his PGA Certification (PGA, GPTP/PGM) in 2006 Chesley managed operations and golf for all 4 Barton Creek courses and their 1000+ golf members.
In 2004 Chesley was certified through the Chuck Cook Golf Academy in both teaching and club fitting.
Chesley’s teaching philosophy is student driven and student centric. Starting by understanding student Chesley builds off of solid fundamentals (stance, grip, alignment)
to achieve proper contact position before moving on at the pace of the player. Every student has varying athleticism, injuries, limitations,
experience, schedule, expectations, etc. which are all taken into consideration. Understanding that every golfer and golf swing is different,
Chesley prides himself on maximizing the potential of every one of his students with the ultimate goal of making the game of golf more enjoyable.
At ROK Golf Chesley combines this philosophy with the amazing power of indoor Trackman bays where data and videos amplify and accelerate the learning experience.
