About Carolyn
Hi! I'm Carolyn Henzi, and I'm all about figure skating, but with a twist – I do it as an off-ice skater! Yup, you read that right! Instead of gliding on ice, I've mastered the art of dancing and performing my moves on solid ground.
For more than 10 years, I've been grooving and spinning in the world of off-ice skating, and it's been a blast! I've wowed the crowd in over 15 artistic shows, and one of my proudest moments was snagging the national championship title in Chile.
I started this awesome journey when I was just 5 years old, and it's been a non-stop adventure ever since. I take this sport seriously, and I'm always eager to challenge myself to try out new moves and tricks.
Even though I'm not on ice, I've become a super enthusiastic instructor too. My teaching style is all about having fun and letting my students learn at their own pace. No pressure, just good vibes!
When I'm not out there busting a move, I'm sharing my passion with my cool students and their families. It's not just about the off-ice skating – it's about building confidence and enjoying the journey together.

I learned figure skating in an academy for more than 6 years, starting at 6 yrs old. I participated in a couple of national championships and I won one in my category.
I have more than 15 yrs of experience informally practicing it by myself. I have taught to a few students since it is my hobby.
