I love meeting new people and helping them succeed, no matter what the goal is. I also love English and writing, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and passion with others!
I tutored maths and Spanish in high school, so, when I attended university in Italy, I naturally began teaching English lessons. Now, I teach students all over the world!
I am American born and raised, and I took both AP English classes. Writing essays is second-nature to me, and I have experience teaching children, teens, and adults at each level for academic and career purposes.

During the initial evaluation, we'll chat a bit to determine your level and outline your learning goal. Then, I'll recommend steps on how to reach that goal! From my experience, I've found that the most useful course of action is to practice a mix of reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Lessons are held on Zoom video or audio call, and we use Google Docs to read and write!
At the end of each lesson, you will receive a copy of the new things you've learned for future study!
I have had the pleasure of working with children, teens, and adults at all levels. My students aim to increase their fluency for school, university, or professional purposes.
Find a teacher who is passionate and knowledgeable! Also, be sure you and the teacher can communicate effectively, and don't be afraid of asking questions!
I always tell my students, "It's okay if you don't know something! You're here to learn, not to show me what you already know. Ask me anything; I will try my best to answer it, even if it's about something completely unrelated to English!"
I just graduated uni, which was quite a bittersweet event! I was also fond of St. Patrick's Day in mid-March because my family has Irish heritage.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should try their best to find a teacher who is the right fit! This includes self-reflection, such as:
1. What is your preferred learning method? Do you learn best by hearing, seeing, or doing?
2. Are you seeking a theoretical approach with lots of grammar and information, or do you prefer a practical, hands-on method with practice and activities?
If you're not sure, you can always test the waters and see what you like the most!
