About Megan
I am a preservice teacher with endorsements in reading and special education. I love building relationships and helping students feel confident in themselves and their abilities!! :)
Discovering different teaching techniques and learning strategies to help students succeed is enjoyable for me. Learning about student interests and relating them to learning is something I find beneficial for information retention.
I have had numerous experiences in the K-5 classroom to complete part of my degree. I am currently student teaching in an elementary special education classroom.
For almost a year, I have been employed at the Arc helping children and adults with various special abilities.
