My daughter had the privilege of being in Ms. Keay's homeroom class at Mason Classical Academy where she taught Life Skills. The formal lessons she taught were invaluable, but what my daughter appreciated most about Ms. Keay was the genuine love for teaching that emanates from her. Her smile and positivity are truly infectious. Ms. Keay goes out of her way to know her students individually and encourages them to succeed in her class and in all aspects of their lives. She is a positive role model for her students and, for those who maintain contact with her, becomes a mentor as well.

Saw how much she loves to help kids and saw that she was very understanding, caring and patient with them. She meets them where they are and never makes them feel like they can't. As a tutor she will be able to work one on one with your child and be able to do more for them. I think she is a great teacher, mentor and my son still remembers her and smiles when he sees her. When she was a sub at our schools all the students who had her, would run up to her and welcome her back. For other students and as well as my son to feel happy when they see a teacher, to me shows that she is a special person.

Amazing class! The way she teaches is very engaging and well worded. She makes it easy to follow along and understand what she is saying, which I believe is fundamental for teaching a good class as well getting your ideas or lesson across. It's easy to follow along and it feels like she's talking face-to-face with you. I don't think life skills are taught enough in schools to our kids these days, and classes like these are quite nearly rare gems to find. Definitely an educational experience, 10/10 recommended!
