📒 I have been teaching English to people from Hong Kong, China, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea, Israel, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Italy, Spain, Philippines, Ukraine (Odessa and Mariupol), and the USA (Illinois, California, Utah, Georgia, Florida, and Washington). In other words, I am an international Licensed English Teacher. 📕 I deliver English lessons to students from Chicago, Illinois, United States of America. I meet them twice a week to help them enhance their reading, writing and speaking skills, and monitor their growth and progress. 📗 I usually deliver English lessons to junior high school students from Ukraine. I not only teach English to Ukrainians, but also exchange cultural information with them. 📘 I worked for the Iberoamerican University of Mexico (Universidad Iberoamericana de México) for two years during which I delivered two entirely customized intensive English Language Courses to Mexican university students aged 18-35. 📙 I did a postgraduate course on the ability-based approach used in Alverno College, Wisconsin, USA. Such course was delivered by Desiree Pointer-Mace, an American professor. 📔 I did a course on Blended Learning, offered by the University of Leeds, London, UK. 📓 I delivered an English lesson to a popular Japanese idol who is a member of the band JOHNNY'S WEST on the Japanese TV show Hiranundesu! 📒 I am qualified to teach English online thanks to a course I did. This course was delivered by IOA, an education company in Ireland. 📕 I am certified by Cambridge to teach English to speakers of other languages. 📗 I was instructed by Tutoring Chicago, an organization located in Illinois, USA to teach very young learners how to read and write as well as deal with both decodable and sight words.
I got my Bachelor's degree in Certfied Translation and English Teaching and my first experience in this field was as an in-company Business English teacher at a multinational company named Louis Dreyfus Commodities.

I usually ask parents a variety of questions before a new student takes his/her trial lesson with me, such as: What are your kid's learning objectives? Does your kid need any kind of support dealing with their school work? Are you interested in purchasing a customized course where teaching topics are aligned with your state's curriculum standards? What are you kid's hobbies and favorite sports? What does your kid do in their free time? What are you kid's favorite cartoon characters and movies?
I have mainly worked as an English teacher with students aged 6-11. I also have experience teaching Spanish as a Second Language to adults.
You should try a class first to see whether you click right away. If she's able to customize your lessons and make them fun and interactive while meeting your learning needs, then she's the right teacher for you.
I'm really fond of making my online students take part in cross-lesson contests. It's so much fun! Whenever they know they are participating in a contest, they try harder than ever and usually feel much more motivated.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They should think about their learning objectives, where in their learning journey they are at, what language point they'd like to work on first, and what activities they aren't particularly interested in.
