About Xia

I am licensed to help students in grades k-6. I am especially strong in identifying and solving issues regarding reading, writing, and math.

I love helping students succeed because I was once a struggling student who could have used more help during my time in school. However, such help was not available so I want to help in preventing this situation for another student.

About the lesson

If the student knows what problem they need to solve, I can immediately come up with a solution. However, if the problem is unknown, such as the source of bad handwriting, I will give the student a short assessment and inform them of their errors and how these errors can be corrected.

Perfect! Xia takes her job seriously and is very professional. She is great with kids and both (9yr old and 7yr old) love working with her. She praises them and gives them words of encouragement when they need it. I would definitely recommend Xia.
