About Karen
I give my students personalized attention to help them improve all their literature, reading and writing skills. I have been a high school English teacher for Los Angeles Unified School District for over 25 years. Although I recently retired, I love teaching and tutoring is a fantastic way to continue.
I love observing and celebrating my students as they reach their goals!! Their learned skills and self-confidence make the tutoring experience joyful for both of us.
I have a California Clear Teaching Credential in English. I can teach grades K to 12 and Adults.
