About Melissa
I have more than 20 years experience playing volleyball! Played all throughout middle school, high school, and played Division 1 in College!
I've got the experience and coaching know-how to perfect your technique and hone your skills!
I absolutely love watching my clients improve! There's a confidence that comes from practice and improvement and I love seeing it on my client's faces when their sessions are over.
I am constantly impressed with how subtle adjustments in one's technique can make a huge impact on the quality of play. This is where I excel.
Additionally I just love the sport. When done right it is an art form!
Started playing recreationally and peers began asking for more direct coaching!
I have 20+ years playing the sport competatively and I have my coaching certification.

First I need to understand their goals. Are you just starting and want to learn the basics? Are you experienced and want to hone and perfect your skills? Are you wanting cardio or plyos? Working on front row or back row? Hitting vs Passing?
Once I determine what our goals are I can develop a plan and a schedule.
