Justine is one of my absolute favorite teachers! He classes are killer, and I know I'll be getting a good workout in when I sign up. I love her attention to detail. She will always assist you and make sure you get into the correct shape / work the proper muscles for each movement. She teaches such a variety of classes too (barre, stretch, aerial, burlesque)! I'm never bored, and her extensive knowledge about the body and these several disciplines make it easy to trust her and know that I will reach my fitness goals!

Easy enough for a beginner, yet got me out of my comfort zone. I felt really great after this session and the next day I was even a little sore in a good way! Im ready for it again! Thank you!

I’ve taken yoga and other exercise classes for over 45 years. Justine‘s classes are excellent. She helps me with strength and flexibility and adjusts postures for those of us with certain limitations. Even on Zoom, she watches and provides corrections really well. She has had us do stretches no one had ever had us do before.

Justine knows her stuff! She is body positive and so empowering! When you take Justines class expect to learn and be challenged just the right amount. Her classes are not just a work out but an experience and love them so much!
