About Aaron

I started teaching right after college. I didn't want to play professionally overseas so instead started training and teaching students of the game. It's been a blast so far!

During a 1 on 1 training session, I'll start off by asking the player what he/she believes are their strengths and weaknesses. It's always fun to see if the player and parents agree on what part of the game they feel needs to be worked on :) From there, we'll go through some basic shooting and ball handling drills to get warmed up. At this point, I'll be able to tell what needs to be developed and we'll go through drills together. Towards the end, I always play one on one with my students. I really want the player to build confidence when they're working with me. After all, that's the most important part of this game.

We'll then start to plan out how we'll develop certain areas of the player's game. I'll assign homework and what I feel will help the player improve in these areas. Let's get to work!

All ages and gender from 6 through college. I welcome all players to train. We're ALL trying to get better!

Make sure you're not only with a coach that has played at a high level, but also allign with someone whos philosophy is about you getting better and GAINING CONFIDENCE!
