About Marteese
I have coached, instructed and scouted athletes on to high school, college, and the Minor & Major Leagues.
I enjoy interacting and working with young aspiring kids interested in improving their baseball skills.
I have more than 30+ years in baseball with 18 of those years working in professional baseball as a scout and in the front office. I have years of experience in team management, practice management, game-time decision making, defensive coaching, plus pitching and hitting specialties and training. I have provided individual coaching and training for University, junior college, high school and little league players in outfield play, hitting and pitching. I developed a training class for introduction into hitting for high school, college and prospective professional baseball players. I currently assist a local High School team.
