About Sam
I really try to use multiple strategies in my tutoring so the students and I can find the best way to understand difficult concepts. I feel most rewarded during those Ah-Ha moments when a student finally understands a difficult concept they have been struggling with!
I started in high school tutoring my peers, and have continued to do so through college. Now that I have graduated, I am excited to start helping more students.

I like to have a web meeting before the tutoring begins to find out exactly what classes the student needs help with, and what topics are the hardest to understand. Then I try to explore different ways to understand these topics until we find one or many that work.
