I believe that every student has their own method of learning that just “clicks” for them, and my job is to find and deliver learning via that method!

My approach is tailored to your needs. For essay writing, I will teach you how to break down an essay question, brainstorm, analyse a text and follow the TEEL structure. We will learn to proofread for grammar and formal language. For creative writing, I will teach you techniques such as hook starts as well as various language features. For reading comp, I will cover how to infer and predict from a text with supporting evidence. Each lesson will have a clear learning objective and technique-based activities that support it. You will come out of each lesson with new skills!
