About Helena
I have been a learner of English myself (and still am, in many ways) and I know how stressful and challenging it can be at times. As a teacher, my main goal is that my students enjoy the process and build their confidence not only in class but also out of it as well. I aspire to not only teach aspects of English but also to help you develop different tools and strategies that will help you become an autonomous learner and feel more capable of communicating in English.

I have worked as a teacher of English in Spain for several years, teaching students of all ages and levels, both online and in person. That has made me quite a versastile teacher who can adapt to all sorts of contexts.
I enjoy private lessons because they are the perfect opportunity to really work with my students and tailor the classes to their needs as much as possible. I try to make these as interactive and dynamic as possible to provide my students with enough opportunity to practice the language. My intention is that my students learn and most of all, that they enjoy the lessons, for which I use different materials and activities.
