I’m a Mechanical Design Engineer working in both teaching and research at a leading UK university. I’m a Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) with years of experience supporting engineering students, researchers, and professionals in developing their CAD and design skills. Before moving into academia, I spent over five years as a CNC machinist and programmer, which gave me a strong foundation in Design for Manufacture (DFM) and real-world engineering applications. I’ve worked across mechanical, prototyping, and CAM-based projects, and I bring that hands-on knowledge into every lesson.
