About Tom
I am an experienced Registered Nurse and University Lecturer, with over 15 years clinical experience and 7 years as a university lecturer. I am an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in my clinical experience in Primary Care, with a background in A&E, Cardiology, Ambulance Service and Clinical Research. Within nurse education, I have been a personal and academic tutor for 7 years in total. I am highly experienced in marking and feeding back on academic assignments of all types including essays, case reviews, literature reviews, posters, presentations and portfolios. I have been a subject lead for clinical skills, pathophysiology, pharmacology and drug calculations. I am able to help nursing students with all aspects of education, academic work, skills, placements and academic/clinical difficulties.
