About Kaitlyn
I am an experienced educator in math. I have been a full-time substitute teacher in Pre-Algebra and Algebra 1 for 6 years. My students are primarily eighth-grade students that have comprehension gaps in math. I have worked with students that have a lower level of proficiency with math, and moved those students to a proficiency level. Each of my Algebra 1 classes has taken and passed the End Of Course exam, my pass rate is currently 70%. I have a strong passion for math because it is an exact subject and can be easily understood with consistent practice and diligence.
