About Me
I am a Certified Yoga Wellness Instructor in my 50s, with over 10 years of dedicated yoga practice and a genuine passion for helping people experience the benefits of yoga in their everyday lives.
I hold a Government Certification as a Yoga Wellness Instructor from YCB and Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
My own journey with yoga over the past 10 years has given me a practical understanding of how a regular yoga practice can support flexibility, strength, mobility, balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.
I believe yoga should be adapted to the individual. My sessions are personalized according to your age, fitness level, experience, and goals, making them suitable for beginners as well as those who already practice yoga.
I particularly enjoy working with adults and people in their 40s, 50s, and beyond, helping them develop a safe, comfortable, and sustainable yoga practice.
My classes can include yoga asanas, stretching, breathing practices, relaxation, and mindfulness, depending on the individual’s needs.
