About Iris
My teaching approach for Engineering is designed to be flexible, collaborative, and highly communicative, ensuring that every student feels supported and engaged. This helps them develop critical thinking and teamwork skills, which are essential in the field of Engineering. I am an experienced Engineering tutor with over 2 years of teaching high school and college students. Throughout my career, I have successfully taught 150-200 students, helping them achieve a strong understanding of complex engineering concepts. My expertise covers topics such as Circuit Analysis, Signal Processing, and Embedded Systems, which I teach with a focus on real-world applications and problem-solving skills.
My teaching philosophy centers on creating an interactive and engaging learning environment. I believe in making challenging concepts easier to understand by breaking them down into simpler steps, using real-life examples to relate to the material. I strive to inspire my students to think critically and approach problems with confidence.
In addition to tutoring, I have helped students improve their grades, pass exams, and gain a deeper appreciation for engineering. My dedication to each student’s success and my ability to adapt to individual learning styles are some of my proudest achievements.
