About Dr Jason
I am a highly qualified educator with experience as both a teacher and administrator. I have taught secondary-level mathematics and have provided services in gifted and special education. In addition, I have served as a special education administrator and instructional coach, supporting both students and educators in achieving academic success. I am a devoted educator who is passionate about equipping students with the tools they need to succeed while identifying and removing barriers that impede learning. I believe in a student-centered approach that meets learners where they are and provides targeted interventions to help them reach their academic goals.

As a tutor, I design personalized lessons that build on each student’s prior knowledge and address grade-level skills. Sessions begin with a short energizer to engage and motivate the student, followed by a focused mini-lesson. Students then have time to practice skills with immediate feedback and support. Each session ends with a brief debrief, allowing students to reflect on what they learned and set goals for next time.
