About Declan
I have a broad background in a variety of different fields, specifically in sport psychology, professional development of practitioners in sport, and disability & society. My research interests are in how coaches learn and acquire information and how they use this within practice and teachers’ perceptions of working with children who have additional support needs. I offer advice and tips with weight loss and managing your stress as well as diet plans and nutritional advice.

I like to maintain a fun and hardworking environment that completely benefits the individuals I am working with.
