About Gianluca
I'm currently a Data Scientist at Microsoft. I was previously at Imperial College London, where I taught a number of undergrad and MSc modules in (bio)statistics and programming.
I also run my own company through which I've trained hundreds of students and professionals in coding and data science. I regularly speak at industry conferences and events.
My background is in Mathematics and Computer Science. I hold a PhD in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Imperial College London, an MSc in Mathematics and Applications from Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, and a BSc in Applied Computer Science from the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.
I'm extremely passionate about programming and data science. I always try to convey my enthusiasm in my tutoring. In addition, I can draw from my vast teaching experience and mixed background in my tutoring approach.
