About Ben
I started my career in a local fish restaurant and learned the basics of working efficiently in a small team, I then progressed on to work at the private member's club on the good wood estate.
Then went to work at Amberley castle and gravetye manor where I focused on fine dining. I've also worked in a couple of gastro pubs and as a conference and banqueting chef.
I'm now wanting to pass on my knowledge and use my abilities to teach.

I can teach you any basic cooking skills and many advanced skills too. I've worked as a chef ever since I was 16/17 years old, I am experienced in fine dining, Italian, pizza, Japanese, traditional English pub food, Indian, BBQs , the list is endless.
I can also offer lessons on allergy awareness or basic food hygiene management skills.
Any requests are considered.
