About ASHU
I am a Mathematics Tutor, having 4 years of teaching in Canada to Precalculus to grade 11 and 12 and Calculus, Math 2511 to BCIT, Math 101 to UBC, Math 154 to SFU to university students in a one-to-one setting. Besides this, I have 12 years of teaching experience as an assistant professor in various government colleges in Chandigarh, India.

I am also a certified Vedic math teacher and have done an advanced diploma in Vedic math. Vedic math is based on mental calculations, which help students to develop confidence and save time. I have a well-developed command of mathematics and the ability to engage my students in the learning process. Students in my classrooms found that I was always friendly, available to answer questions and provide individualized support. I view mathematics as a fascinating game of numbers and a celebration of the use of logic. I am passionate about teaching mathematics in a way that students find fun and exciting.
