About Shredwithkane
Hi my name is Kane, I’m a NASM certified personal trainer with 5years of professional field experience.
MY OUTLOOK:
I’m the kind of trainer that loses sleep when my client is not hitting his/her goals. So I’m result oriented.
SPECIALIZATION:
I specializes in “traditional exercise systems” which involves mainly “aerobic, strength training & conditioning stretching blueprint”.
Training with me can be super fun, yet you will be challenged in every individual session but so worth it when you look back.
MY CAREER JOURNEY:
Over the years, I have acquired relevant education, skills and experiences in this field working with multiple experts both in Nigeria and in multiple other countries such as; Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, United Kingdom, etc.

MY METHODOLOGY: With easy and fun to follow Aerobic, traditional strength training and conditioning stretching system, every individual session will be challenging, yet simple & fun.
SESSION DURATIONS: Each individual session will last for 60-90mins.
Viz:
10mins Light warmups,
55 mins Strength training session,
15 mins Abs & lower back session,
10 mins stretching/ cooling down session.
QUALIFICATIONS: I am a NASM licensed personal trainer with 5 years professional working experience.
WHO I COACH: Busy professionals amd experts. Men and Women between 30-45 years old, who are beginners — intermediate level in fitness.
