Hi, I’m Sam, a personal trainer based in KL & Selangor, offering sessions in condo gyms or public walk-in gyms. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 7 years, 4 years as a freelance coach and 3.5 years with a company. Along the way, I’ve helped many clients transform their bodies and confidence from zero experience to strong, fit, and proud of themselves.
