About Keyan
I am Keyan, originally from Gloucestershire, where I attended Pate's Grammar School before going on to study at the London School of Economics, graduating in 2026.
I have been tutoring for over four years, starting with Maths and English tuition for pre-GCSE students. Since then, I have gained experience teaching students from KS2 all the way through to second-year university across a wide range of subjects.
I credit much of my success as a tutor to growing up in a large family with many younger cousins, nieces and nephews. It taught me how to communicate effectively with people of all ages and adapt my teaching style to suit each individual.
I take great pride in my work and always strive to provide a personal, tailored experience, making sure every student gets the most out of each lesson and that parents feel they are receiving excellent value for their investment.

11+ Exam Preparation
Taking the 11+ can feel daunting for many children, but with the right support, encouragement and structured preparation, they can approach the exam with confidence. I believe every child has the potential to succeed in verbal and mathematical reasoning when they're given the right guidance.
Our first lesson is all about getting to know one another and establishing your child's current ability. This allows me to create a personalised learning plan that builds on their strengths while identifying any areas that need extra support.
The initial lessons focus on developing a solid understanding of the core maths, English, verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning skills required for the Gloucestershire 11+ exams. I never rush through topics or move on before a child has fully understood them. If extra time is needed to reinforce a concept, I'm always happy to revisit it at no additional charge, ensuring every student develops genuine confidence rather than simply memorising techniques.
As the exam approaches, lessons become increasingly focused on exam technique. We'll work through timed practice papers, develop effective time-management strategies and learn how to approach different question types with confidence, allowing your child to apply everything they've learned under exam conditions.
Every 11+ student receives a complimentary personalised lesson plan and curriculum, so you and your child always know what we're working towards and how they're progressing.
In addition to 11+ preparation, I also offer tuition in Maths, English and the Sciences, providing ongoing academic support throughout your child's education.
