Working in libraries and later writing technical consumer guides has shown me that I like to do one thing above all others and that's to share my knowledge and help people. I've found learning is individual and a great lesson means listening to you and what you want. Say, you need to learn how to access a confusing website one week. Are you looking to enhance your Essential IT Skills and gain confidence in using a computer effectively? Look no further! I am offering private tutoring sessions designed to meet your specific needs and goals.

Who am I? I'm Ceri Clark and I have an MSc in Information and Library Studies. I have been helping people with technology for decades, and I also wrote a helpful user guide called A Simpler Guide to Gmail.

This course will be tailored to you and your ability. We can discuss what you want to get out of the course in your first hour lesson, but here are some things we could cover:

Introduction to PCs & Laptops: Learn how to log in, use a mouse/trackpad, and navigate the keyboard.

Location: These are online lessons so it can take place wherever you are as long as you have an internet connection. I am based in Newport, South Wales.
