If cancellations are to happen, I asked all perspective students and parents to offer a notification of no more, than 24 hours, prior to the agreed upon time of engagement, so that there is due notice, to accommodate any chances as per necessary. This condition, also works with myself as the Tutor, I shall, as reasonably possible give perspective students and parents/guardian, 24 hour notice, prior to the agreed upon engagement, in the event of any cancelled lessons. Should parents or perspective students fail, to offer sufficient time for the notice to occur, they will be charged the fee, per hour for lesson booked. Likewise, should I as their Tutor fail to offer sufficient notice of cancellation of lesson, I shall offer perspective students or parents, a complementary free lesson, as a gesture of good will, to compensate for the last minute cancellation.
