Iβm someone who brings energy and care to every project I take on. Iβm enthusiastic, creative, and patient, and I thrive in environments where I can support others; whether thatβs through mentoring, explaining or simply encouraging. I am passionate about English and Maths, having enjoyed both subjects throughout my school years. I have studied them at A-Level and look forward to pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics in the Autumn. I am really open to all kinds of questions so students should never be ashamed to ask questions. I enjoy breaking concepts down in different ways until they click.

Having moved frequently during my education, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to bridge learning gaps and build confidence in subjects. This experience taught me the importance of patient, adaptable support. I aim to offer this to each student I work with. Before starting with a new student, I like to have a relaxed conversation to understand how they currently feel about Maths or English; what they find challenging, how they learn best and what they enjoy about the subject. Then I can tailor my approach so that lessons feel engaging and something they can look forward to. I really enjoy helping others grow and feel more confident in their learning, having struggled with this in my own GCSE years. Watching a student go from confusion to clarity is incredibly rewarding, and I want to offer the kind of support I often wished for during my own schooling.
