About Sian
I am an aspiring Mechanical Engineer at Bristol University, having studied at Kendrick School and achieved A* (Maths), A* (Further Maths) & A (Physics) at A-Level and 9 at GCSE.
With 4 years of tutoring experience, I really enjoy helping students improve their understanding and confidence in Maths.
My passion for Maths and strong academic background allow me to explain topics clearly and help students achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

I strongly believe lessons should be both engaging and informative. I break down problems and not only explain solutions, but guide students to reach an answer. I make sure to understand my students' level of understanding on the topic while assuring their grasp on it at each stage, through a series of 5-10 minute regular recall activities. A typical lesson length would be 30 mins - 1 hour long.
