About Partha Sarathi
I am a student of NIT Durgapur pursuing my B.Tech in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. Along with that I have always dreamt of joining the Indian Armed Forces as an Officer and still trying for it. I have undergone 2 SSB Interviews by now for NDA and will be looking ahead for more in future.
Being a NCC Cadet I have developed my personality a lot and also helped many of friends and relatives doing the same. I would like to do the same to my students as well.

I read the person first. No one can change anyones personality. It is in-built in them. One can just nurture it and bring the best out of it. I do the same thing. Firstly I read them and never make them feel that they are living any other life. Eventually they will develop their own traits.
