About Samm
I'm a math major, so I really love getting into the deep end of a math problem and working my way out of it. In highschool, there were times I couldn't get through a lesson without missing every question at least once, and needing help from peers or teachers. And that was okay; I got the help I needed and now, as a college student, I am working towards having a degree drowning in numbers! My goal as a math tutor is to be to each student what my teachers and peers were to me: a helping hand when I thought I couldn't make it through another day of lessons. So here I am! Ready to teach and encourage kids through every problem and expression along the way!

Math lessons are considerably more easy that english- once you find the pattern, it's a breeze. Lessons will be taught based on homework assignments. This will lessons to align better with what the student is currently learning. I will make sure that lessons follow step by step guides that point students in the direction of completely independent work in the future. Every math has a pattern, but patterns are confusing when you can't see them clearly, and my tutoring lessons will be built to uniquely guide each students to realize the patterns and succeed.
