- I completed The Coaching Academy Personal Performance Coaching Diploma and Qualified as a Professional Performance Coach (Grade: Distinction) - I help clients build self-belief and confidence, guide them through life changes, offer anxiety coping strategies, and help them understand and align their personal values. - I provide tools for strengthened emotional resilience, health and well-being, and how to define and achieve personal goals. - I use proven coaching methods such as the GROW model for goal setting and action planning - I leverage individual attributes with strengths-based coaching - Length of each session: 1 hour
