About Malcolm
Hello! My name is Malcolm and I am passionate about teaching maths, physics and computing. I make every effort to encourage students to reach their maximum potential, provide practical tips for studying and excelling in exams and explaining the relevant concepts in a manner which is understandable. I am particularly patient and attentive, willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my students are able to excel in their studies and beyond.

I specialise in 1-to-1 lessons and teach using example questions in an interactive step-by-step manner and answering students' questions with detailed explanations and examples. To maximise the value of the lesson I assess the student's comprehension and tailor the lesson according to their needs, using everyday-life illustrations to convey key concepts and ideas in an intuitive manner. I have 5 years of casual paid experience teaching Year 11, 12 and first year uni students. Lesson length is typically 1-2 hours.
At the moment I am only available Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sunday afternoons.
