About Gaston
English :
Senior engineering student at Polytechnique Montréal in mechanical ingineering, I can give maths classes to students from all levels (usually between 15 and 21).
I am very pedagogical and I can help you better understand your maths classes, help you with your homework and do better at exams !
I have done tutoring for 2 years now, to students in my school and to students in Cégep.

Actuellement étudiant en dernière année à Polytechnique Montréal en génie mécanique, je peux donner des cours de mathématiques à des élèves de tout niveaux (de la petite école au cégep/lycée/collège).
Les cours sont faits en ligne sur la plateforme de votre choix. Possibilité de faire les cours en présentiel également selon votre envie.
Je peux volontiers aider à la préparation aux examens (comme le BAC ou autre), et faire de l'aide aux devoirs en mathématiques.
Je suis pégadogue et j'aime aider les élèves à comprendre les problèmes et à les résoudre. J'ai l'habitude de travailler avec des enfants de tout âge. Je donne des cours particuliers depuis 2 ans et j'ai également fait du tutorat au sein de mon école.

I am a very versatile person and I put effort into listening to the person's problems and difficulties to better understand where they need help.
My classes have a dynamic approach where I make sure the student participates and solves the problems by themselves. I know how to turn problems from to different angles according to the student's method of learning, and to make sure they understand the basis of each problem.
I am a student myself, so I am very familiar with all the difficulties younger student may face.
