About Saikesh
I've cleared all competitive exams in 12th. My 12th percent was 96% and I have completed my BTech and Mtech in mechanical engineering from IIT BHU(VARANASI). And currently I'm working as a director of a food processing company. I want to pursue my interest , i.e teaching. Hope superprof suits me well.

Would be focussing more on the basics and concepts. Once that's done. Would be slowly raising the bar to solve problems. This also boosts the morale of students. I strongly believe that if basics & concepts are right , then a student can perform well in that chapter.
In 100% time 30% time would be spent on teaching basics and concepts. Once its done would be making students apply concepts by solving small small problems and clarifying their naive doubts. This would consume 60-70% of time
When they are ready, would be focussing on solving high level problems.

I didn't see any other teacher with as good communication skills as saikesh.
