About MayRich
Hello! I am May Flor, a dedicated educator and University of Negros Occidental–Recoletos graduate with experience teaching Mathematics to Grades 1–6 and Business subjects to Senior High School students. I am passionate about helping learners achieve their academic goals through patient guidance, engaging lessons, and practical teaching strategies. I believe every student has the potential to succeed when given the right support, encouragement, and learning environment. My goal is to make every lesson meaningful, enjoyable, and easy to understand while helping students build confidence and develop skills they can apply both in school and in everyday life.

I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to match each learner's needs, pace, and goals. My lessons are interactive, engaging, and student-centered, encouraging learners to ask questions, think critically, and actively participate throughout the session.
A typical lesson begins with a short review of previous topics, followed by a clear explanation of the new lesson using simple examples and guided practice. I then provide activities or exercises to reinforce learning and conclude with feedback, assessment, and tips for independent practice.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my patience, supportive attitude, and commitment to helping students build confidence while learning. I strive to create a positive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions.
My lessons are suitable for elementary students who need support in Mathematics (Grades 1–6), senior high school students taking Business-related subjects, and learners who want to strengthen their understanding of basic accounting, bookkeeping, and business concepts. I also welcome beginners who are eager to improve their knowledge through personalized and practical lessons.
