About Siddhi
Hi, I'm Siddhi! As a software engineer by day and a passionate dance fitness instructor by night, I understand exactly what it feels like to spend hours glued to a screen, dealing with posture fatigue and everyday stress. My own fitness journey began right there—looking for a fun, sustainable way to work on my health, stamina, and well-being. I fell completely in love with dance fitness because it completely transformed my body and mind, and now, I am dedicated to helping you experience that same joy and transformation.
I bring the same precision, consistency, and dedication to my fitness sessions that I do to my engineering projects. You can trust that every single class is professionally planned, structured, and designed to give you a safe, effective, and high-energy workout. Because I had to work on my own fitness from scratch, I know exactly how to guide beginners, build up your confidence, and keep you motivated every step of the way.

My teaching approach is built on the belief that fitness should never feel like a chore. I focus on creating an inclusive, high-energy environment where movement feels like a celebration.
A typical class with me follows a structured, seamless format:• Dynamic Warm-Up: Gradually raising your heart rate and preparing your muscles and joints for movement.•
The Main Cardio Blast: A curated playlist alternating between high-intensity tracks and active recovery songs to maximize calorie burn.•
Cool-Down & Stretch: Lowering your heart rate safely and stretching out major muscle groups to promote recovery.
