About Caitlin
I am a supportive and reliable tutor who is passionate about helping primary school students build confidence in English and Math. As a Learning Support Officer and a current Primary Education student at university, I have experience supporting K–6 students with different learning needs and abilities.
I am patient, organized and professional in my approach. I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, improving their skills and reaching their learning goals.

My tutoring approach is supportive, patient and student-centred. I aim to help students feel confident by breaking English and Maths tasks into simple steps and explaining concepts clearly.
I use explicit teaching, including modelling, guided practice and independent tasks. I also adapt lessons to suit each student’s needs, confidence level and learning style.
Lessons usually run for 1 hour to 1.5 hours.
I am a Learning Support Officer and I am currently studying a Primary Education teaching degree at university. My lessons are for K–6 primary school students needing support in English and Maths.
